Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be granted if requested in writing before April 26, 2024.

Hotel Information

Attendees can book online with the direct booking link or by phone with our reservations office at 806.776.7000. Please specify the block name of “ASSIST Panhandle Region 3^rd Annual Convention”

When you click the link it will take you to the group reservations page. It will automatically put the check-in and check-out date as ONLY the first date available in the block; you will have to adjust the check-in and check-out dates to your desired stay and click UPDATE.

To make their reservations, guests will need to provide a credit card to book. Nothing is charged to this card unless they do not show up and forget to cancel their reservation by 4 pm one day before their stay, as per our 24-hour cancellation policy. The no-show fee is the first night of the reservation plus applicable taxes.

At check-in, guests must provide their ID (the name on the ID must match the reservation) and a credit card. The Overton charges a $50.00 incidental hold per night of each guest's stay, per room. The hold is released at checkout (within 3-5 business days) with final billing as long as no incidental charges are made to the room number.
