The issue of concern to all is the current methodology required as the only source of electronic submission for Texas fingerprint-based applicant criminal history checks. L-1 Solutions was selected as the vendor to implement the Fingerprint Applicant Services of Texas (FAST) and is working closely with the Texas Department of Public Safety to provide convenient applicant fingerprinting services throughout the state.

I know how frustrating and inconvenient it is for some of our Regions like Rio Grande Valley Region. I have called the regional coordinator at Safran MorphoTrust to address several vitally important issues regarding the availability, faster process, and less hassle as possible.

They have suggested on-site specials.There may be certain times of the year when we have a large number of applicants to process in a short period of time.

Safran MorphoTrust can accommodate us with an On-Site Special. If we have 30 or more applicants, they will send a Live Scan operator to your site. All they need is two weeks’ notice and, on the day of fingerprinting, a table, a few chairs, and access to an electrical outlet.

The following are different ways of scheduling your finger print appointments:
On-line scheduling available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

then begin scheduling the appointment
3. Follow the on-screen instructions

Call Center scheduling available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Call 1-888-467-2080 and speak to one of the operators ( bilingual available)
Operators will collect the necessary information to schedule an appointment.
