Hotel Information
Attendees can book online with a direct booking link.
When you click the link it will take you to the group reservations page. You will need to input the check-in and check-out dates.
To make their reservations, guests will need to provide a credit card to book. Nothing is charged to this card unless they do not show up and forget to cancel their reservation by 4 pm one day before their stay, as per our 24-hour cancellation policy. The no-show fee is the first night of the reservation plus applicable taxes.
At check-in, guests must provide their ID (the name on the ID must match the reservation) and a credit card. A hold will be charged to the credit card. The hold is released at checkout (within 3-5 business days) with final billing as long as no incidental charges are made to the room number.
