Convention Transportation

Shuttle service will be provided to members and guests to and from DFW Airport and Love Field. If you are in need of transportation from the airport upon your arrival, please contact the Convention Transportation Coordinator, Matt Hayes at his office 817-572-1111, by mobile at 817-291-3886 or by e-mail at [email protected].

If you have registered for the golf tournament or the Trinity Shootout, transportation will be provided to and from those events. For the ladies and guests, we have arranged for transportation to your shopping destinations as well. Transportation will also be made available to you or your guest at anytime during the Convention.

It will be helpful to let us know in advance what your transportation needs are so we can plan accordingly. However, we also know those plans can change. Just let us know and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements!
