ASSIST is the legislative arm of the private security and private investigation industries in the State of Texas.

ASSIST works with legislators and regulators as an advocate for the owners of security and private investigation companies. We will stand up and protect the rights of security officers and private investigators. We actively study, fight for and against numerous bills regarding legal rights and governing regulations of the Texas private security industry and private investigators.
